    I have an experience of more than 20 years woking in construction companies, as well as telecommunications, law firms and certifying entities.

What I can do for you

Travells and events

I organize congresses, meetings, fairs, showroom, etc, managing the reservation of the fellow attenders, hotel rooms for the guests, preparing and sending invitations to the event, contracting catering, documents, audiovisual media, etc.


I develop different documents such as budgets, invoices, delivery notes, etc, keeping track of them. Request for quotes and market comparinsons, purchase of office or merchandise material, documentation, file...


I do prepare all kinds of documents, letters, minutes, presentations, newsletters, press releases, circulars, emails, invitations, budgets, invoices, etc, everything you need in your company, in spanish and english.


Management of agenda inserting meetins, events, deadlines, trips, informing you in advance of them and, if necessary, preparing the precise documentation for each moment. All with a shared agenda that you can access at any time.

Social Network

I work inserting information on the company's website, such as the incorporation or renoval of products o different social networks.

    A good option if your company is going through a peak workloaded, or if you want for example to organize an event, prepare a document, etc.
